  3. Take out yoghurt in bowl and beat with fork.
  4. Now add masala in garlic mustard paste (salt,haldi,red chillie and oil) and mix well.
  5. Now mash boiled egg plants with fork and mix it into yoghurt and also add garlic paste in it and mix well.
  6. Now your mazedaar baingan (egg plant)or dahi ka raita is ready to serve.
