Par boil all the vegetables.Par boil potato and purple yam with salt and sweet potato without salt.One by one grill the potato and sweet potato on a grilling pan.
Roast paneer, sweet corn and purple yam. Add chaat masala and lemon to the roasted corn
Roast the rice papad.
Remove the skin of chilli and tomato and roast it. In a mixy jar add jaggert,chilli, tomato and salt and make red dip sauce.
Add all ingredients of the green dip and churn it in the mixer and make the green dip.
