  1. Par boil all the vegetables.Par boil potato and purple yam with salt and sweet potato without salt.One by one grill the potato and sweet potato on a grilling pan.

  4. Remove the skin of chilli and tomato and roast it. In a mixy jar add jaggert,chilli, tomato and salt and make red dip sauce.
