  6. Place the egg noodles in the wok then cook and mix for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add the rest of the soy sauce, hoisin Sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for 2 minutes more and adjust the taste if you so need with soy sauce or seasoning salt.
  8. Place in a pyrex dish once done and serve hot.
