The ingredients needed to make Chow Mein:
  1. Prepare onion, chopped
  2. Make ready mince beef
  3. Take cabbage, sliced - I somethings use bok choy

  2. Add all other ingredients and simmer until liquid is reduced right down … about 30-45 mins.
  3. Serve with boiled white rice. Have Soy Sauce on hand as a condiment.
