The ingredients needed to make Samosa:
  1. Prepare maida/All-purpose flour
  2. Prepare water
  3. Make ready saunf/ fennel seeds
  4. Take kashmiri lal mirch
  5. Take red chilli powder
  6. Take salt
  7. Take ginger garlic paste
  8. Get big sized potatoes
  9. Prepare green peas
  10. Get oil
  11. Make ready coriander leaves
Steps to make Samosa:
  1. Boil the potatoes and peel them.
  2. Smash the potatoes and add coriander.
  3. Heat your cooking pan with 2 tablespoon oil. Add green peas and all the spices and sauf. And add smashed potatoes. And your filling for your samosa is ready.
  4. Take your maida and add water in it. And prepare a dough by adding oil to it. Prepare a hard dough.
  5. Take some part of your dough. Roll it in a circular shape and cut it from between.
  6. Now add your prepared filling in your dough. And try to fold it in a triangular shape. And press it from all the three sides.
  7. Heat oil in a vessel for 10 minutes. Now fry your samosas in it.
  8. And your samosa is ready to serve.
