  3. Add cashew n raisins (it’s optional) Add boiled n mashed potatoes to it cover and cook it. After few minutes add dry mango powder to it. Mix properly. Add mint powder n coriander leaves. Mix and switch off the flame.
  4. Take maida in a bowl. Add salt, ajwain and ghee. Give moin and knead the dough. Keep it for 10-15min. Now make small ball of the dough. Cut it into half.
  5. Fold it and add potatoes stuffing to it. Seal it. Make samosa. Heat oil and fry samosa on a slow and medium flame.
  6. Samosas are ready. Enjoy with chutney or simply with a cup of tea.
