  1. Remove skin n mash potato. Wash n rinse colocasia leaves n remove veins and cut in to two parts.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds urad dal curry patta asafoetida onion slice n chopped green chilli. Now add sambhar masala turmeric powder coriander leaves. Mix well add 2-3tbsp water n mash potato with pav bhaji masher. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool.
  3. Now make kone shape from colocasia leaves.n fill Potato masala mixture in a a colocasia corn apply batter on edges n seal.
  4. For batter:- Mix batter n rice flour asofoetida salt red chilli powder garam masala pinch soda n pour 1tsphot oil on soda mix properly. Make batter like pakoda.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Coat colocasia samosa with batter n fry. Tasty innovative Colocasia Samosa is ready to serve. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
