  2. Take gehu ka atta or you can use plain flour

  9. Prepare green chilli paste
  10. Make ready green peas

  16. Make ready Flour paste : wheat flour+ water for packing samosa
Steps to make Samosa Recipe:
  1. For making dough keep all ingredients in bowl is mentioned in samosa sheet (Patti) - Add little by little water and knead we'll make soft dough for it. Close the lid keep aside for 15 mins.
  2. Now come to making filling of samosa. - Switch on the gas flame keep pan on it. In pan add oil when it heat, add onion and saute for 2 min. After that green chilly paste saute.
  3. After that add green peas, sepu bhaji and Kheema and saute for 2 min. ( if you want to make veg samosa then skip kheema and add beans cabbage veggies of your choice.
  4. At the end add salt. If required. Because our boiled Kheema already have a salt. So first taste it then add salt as per taste. Mix well and switch off the gas flame. Let the filling cool down completely.
  5. Now let's making Samosa sheets (Patti). Knead the dough once again. Take 2 small size bowl from it, dust or apply some dry flour roll the balls like puri size. Apply oil on both dust some dry flour on it.
  6. Keep one up and pack from all side. - Now roll it like thin roti.
  7. Heat the tawa on gas, cook roti on it don't over cook remove roti from tawa and tap on it when it hot.
  8. Open it from one side.
  9. Do one of two. Keep one up the rotis fold thrice and cut it.
  10. Our six samosa Patti is ready.
  11. It's time to folding of samosa, fold the samosa like triangle shape.
  12. Fill the Samosa and pack it with using flour paste which we make for samosa packing mentioned in other ingredients.
  13. Our samosas are ready now fry it.
  14. Now heat oil in pan for deep frying fry all samosas in it on medium flame. - Serve samosa with tomato ketchup and hot tea
