Prepare 5 boiled potato
Prepare 1 cup grated paneer

Steps to make Malai kofta in gravy:
Chop onion, tomato, garlic. Take a pan add oil & little butter. Then add onion garlic and cashews. Saute it for 1 min. Then add tomato. Saute all ingredients for 5 min till it becomes mushy.
Keep aside to cool the mixture. Then grind the tomato-onion mixture and make gravy.
For kofta smash boiled potatoes. Grate paneer. Mix potato, paneer, green chili, salt, sugar, kishmis, cornflour, jeera powder. Mix it well.
Make small kofta (little balls) of the above mixture. Then deep fry koftas in oil till golden brown.
In a kadhai add butter then add 1 cinnamon, bay leaf,1 green cardamom then add onion tomato gravy in it. Add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder salt sugar to gravy. Boil it for 2 mins.
Place koftas in a plate and add gravy on it. Add malai on it. Serve hot with fulka or nan.
