  1. Make ready Flour kwango da rabi
  2. Prepare Sugar
  3. Get Salt
  4. Prepare Water

Instructions to make Samosa:
  1. First mix flour and dry ingredients then add egg add water and form a batter as that of wainar fulawa but it should not thicker
  2. On a nonstick pan rub some little oil then add the batter and form a circle shape then remove from the pan it should not be left for long and dont't allow it to be crispy repeat the process until done
  3. For the filling grind meat dice potatoes and cut the cabbage but first boil the meat and mix together add the spices and diced scotch Bonnets cook until everything is soft and fry until golden brown and serve with juice or tea
