Steps to make Palak kofta curry:
  1. Firstly in a kadai heat oil and saute onion, ginger and green chilli.
  2. Add chopped palak and saute for few seconds. Cool it completely
  3. Blend in a mixing jar. Now add paneer and besan. Also add garam masala, salt.
  4. Add cashews and combine well like a dough.
  5. Prepare a round ball. Roll them in cornflour and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  6. Now in a kadai add oil. Saute one onion till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and all spices.
  7. Now add tomato puree and cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
  8. Now add cream and coriander powder. Add Kasuri methi. Add 1/2 water for gravy. Simmer for few seconds.
  9. Now add koftas. Mix well.
  10. Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
