Take 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Get 1/4 tsp chilli powder
Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Get 1 tsp coriander powder
Take 1/4 tsp garam masala

Steps to make Palak kofta curry:
Firstly in a kadai heat oil and saute onion, ginger and green chilli.
Add chopped palak and saute for few seconds. Cool it completely
Blend in a mixing jar. Now add paneer and besan. Also add garam masala, salt.
Add cashews and combine well like a dough.
Prepare a round ball. Roll them in cornflour and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Now in a kadai add oil. Saute one onion till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and all spices.
Now add tomato puree and cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
Now add cream and coriander powder. Add Kasuri methi. Add 1/2 water for gravy. Simmer for few seconds.
Now add koftas. Mix well.
Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
