Steps to make Aloo Samosa:
Knead a dough and grease with oil.
Make the dough in oval shape.
Divide it into 2 equal portions using a knife.
Grease with water and make shape of cone.
Now stuff the cone with samosa masala.
Put little water on the edges and close and seal tightly.
Now deep-fry the samosa on a low flame.
Stir occasionally and fry the samosa on low flame for 15 minutes.
Let it turn golden a little.
Serve it with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
