  1. Take 2 cup wheat flour
  2. Make ready 1 cup paneer mashed
  3. Make ready 1 onion chopped(finely)
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp walnut paste (dry)
  5. Take 3 green chilli chopped
  6. Get to taste Salt
  7. Take as needed Oil
  8. Take As needed water
Steps to make Walnut paratha:
  1. At first take a large bowl then poured into this the flour and add 1table spoon vegetable oil,one pinch salt then add water and knead the flour make a soft dough….keep it beside for 10minute in normal temperature.
  2. Next…take a vessel to make the filling…to make the filling at first add the mashed paneer.,salt, chopped green chili, chopped onions and the walnut paste and add salt to taste
  3. Now take a ball of the dough as needed then make a deep bowl then fill the filling in this then cover it then roll it gently with the help of a roller pin.
  4. Next take a pan heat it then fry the paratha evenly both sides. Now enjoy it with souce, butter, vegetables or achar etc as your choice.
