The ingredients needed to make Flower Samosa:
  1. Take Flour
  2. Get Milk
  3. Prepare Salt
  4. Get Ghee
  5. Prepare Prawns roasted & crushed
  6. Take Shallots chopped
  7. Make ready Ginger, garlic crushed
  8. Take Chilli powder
  9. Get Curry leaf
  10. Make ready Oil
Instructions to make Flower Samosa:
  1. Mix flour with milk & salt. Then add ghee & knead it into a dough
  2. Cover it with a lid. Make prawn fillings: saute chopped shallots, ginger garlic crushed, in a pan with required oil. When it becomes light brown, add chilli powder,salt & curry leaf. Stir it well, then add crushed roasted prawns. Stir it 2 min. Remove from heat.
  3. Flatten the dough with a roller into round shape & cut it into a square piece. Then fold it as shown in the pics
  4. Fill the prawn fillings in the center & fold it with care
  5. Then fry it in hot oil. When it becomes light brown on both sides. Remove from heat.
  6. Serve hot with Tomato chilli sauce.
