  3. When mixture is dry shape it according to your choice.
  4. Mix all dry ingredients & knead the dough your dough should be semi stiff when dough is ready leave it for 10 minutes.
  5. Now divides the dough into small balls roll it like an egg shape than the center with place potato mixture seal
  6. The edges and deep fry until it is golden when samosa are ready.
  7. Serve with tea & ketchup :)
