Instructions to make Broccoli Cheese Samosa:
  1. Take butter in a kadai. Add Broccoli and roast till half cooked.
  2. Add Onions, Spring Garlic, Coriander and roast on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Paneer and roast on high flame for a minute. Add all dry masalas and mix properly. Turn off the flame and let it cool a bit.
  4. Add grated cheese, lemon juice and mix properly. Let it cool completely.
  5. Take both the flours, ghee salt, pepper powder, lemon juice, carom seeds in a container. Add required quantity of water and knead a medium tight dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll a round medium thick sheet. Slit in into two. Make cone shape on your fingers.
  7. Fill around 1 Tbsp stuffing in the cone shape and seal it properly.
  8. Get all your samosas ready. Deep fry samosa on medium low flame till crispy golden brown.
  9. Enjoy crispy samosas with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
