Firstly prepared potatoes take a Kadhai add in oil while it’s warm add in cumin & mustard seeds sauté for a minute then add garlic pod,curry leaves & green chilli’s sauté for two minutes then add in potatoes diced now add turmeric powder,salt & a cup of water cover it & cook until potatoes are soften cook till it’s water is soaked & off the flame burner it’s ready for stuffing. Besides prepare the dough using maida, ghee, salt, baking powder knead the dough roughly cover it for 15-20 minutes
  2. While do the dough is soft & ready knead it for two minutes then divide it in two balls now roll it on a rolling pad with a roller pin medium thick then cut two half’s then to cover the sides just touch water dipped finger around the edges to pack it well further pop tablespoon of potatoes stuffing then flip to the other edge to cover it slightly press the base gradually prepare all samosas
  3. Prepare all & set aside for about 5 minutes besides preheat oil in Kadhai for deep frying. While the oil it hot set the flame on medium pop in each samosa & fry until golden both sides
  4. Enjoy the drooling snack at home the delicious samosas with tomato ketchup & fried green chillies…!
