The ingredients needed to make Cheese Loaded Samosas:
  1. Prepare 1/2 (1 pack) Switz Samosa Leaves
  2. Take 1 1/2 cup Amul Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Blend
  3. Get 2 tsp Red Chilli flakes
  4. Get 2 tsp Oregano
  5. Get 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  6. Take 1/4 cup Flour paste

  1. Just mix all the ingredients in the Cheese. Keep everything ready.
  2. Make a thick Flour paste with a little water and All Purpose Flour or Maida. Start making the Samosas now.
  3. Fill a tablespoon of the Cheese mix in each of the Samosa Leaves and fold as shown in the pics. That's it. Heat enough Oil for frying on a low heat until you make all the Samosas.
  4. Fry them on a medium high heat and no need of frying them for a long time. It takes a few minutes only to get done. The filling can be of any Cheese you prefer. It can be made with Cheese Spread also. Enjoy these lipsmacking Samosas with Kissan Tomato Ketchup or Hot Sauce.
