Samosa is one of the most well liked of current trending meals in the world. It is appreciated by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Samosa is something which I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have samosa using 25 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Samosa:
  1. Take Oil for frying
  2. Make ready Samosa dough
  3. Prepare Refined flour
  4. Make ready Carom seeds/ajwain
  5. Get Oil
  6. Get Salt

  8. Prepare Samosa stuffing
  9. Take Oil
  10. Make ready Cumin seeds
  11. Prepare Coriander seeds
  12. Take Fennel seeds/saunf
  13. Prepare hing/asafoetida

  15. Take Green chilli finely chopped
  16. Make ready Green peas
  17. Make ready Red chilli powder
  18. Prepare Coriander powder
  19. Make ready Cumin powder
  20. Make ready Aamchur(dry mango powder)
  21. Take garam masala
  22. Take Boiled potatoes
  23. Take Cashew nuts
  24. Take Raisins
  25. Get Coriander leaves finely chopped
Steps to make Samosa:
  1. Take refined flour,oil,salt and carom seeds(ajwain) and make a dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Now take oil in pan…add cumin seeds,crushed coriander seeds,fennel.seeds,hing let it turn aromatic add ginger and chopped green chilli and saute well.
  3. Now add peas and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,aamchur,garam masala,crushed peppercons,salt and saute on low flame till it turns aromatic.
  5. Add boiled potatoes and mix well while mashing slightly till it holds perfect texture……add cashew nuts,raisins and coriander leaves and mix it well.
  6. Now roll the dough into oval shape….cut it into half and give it shape of samosa.
  7. Fry it on low to medium flame.
  8. Samosa are ready to serve.
