The ingredients needed to make Onion Samosa:
  1. Prepare maida / all-purpose flour
  2. Prepare chopped onions
  3. Take peanuts soaked in water
  4. Prepare Oil for frying
  5. Get salt and red chilli powder
Instructions to make Onion Samosa:
  1. Fry chopped onions and peanuts with salt.
  2. Then make a thick dough with flour by using water in a parts.
  3. Once dough is ready then make small balls from it.
  4. Now roll the small balls with rolling pin. Then divide it in the middle with the help of knife. Then join the corner and stuffed the onion fry.
  5. Now in a pan add oil and dont heat the oil for too much. Then put samosa and deep fry in high flame till golden brown. For flavour add curry leaves.
