  1. For marination -Take a mixing bowl add cleans and washed mutton, add yogurt coconut milk garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, mint leaves, green chilli, 1tbsp mustard oil, mix well and rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Take a pressure cooker add oil, when it is hot add all whole spices after it turns aromatic add garlic and onions cook till golden brown then add tomatoes, cook till soft then add all masala, mix well and add half cup water cooked till oil is separated,
  3. After oil is separate add marinated mutton mix well and add 2 tbsp desi ghee
  4. Cook with cover of lid for 10 minutes after that add half cup water or required and close the pressure cooker with cap and cook till 4 to 5 whistles on medium flame
  5. After completely cool down open the cooker,mix well and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
