Keep stirring the whole wheat flour on low flame till it changes slight colour.
Drain the pasta and reserve the water. Add the milk and required amount of water to the saucepan stirring continuously to get the smooth consistency of sauce.
Add the cheese slices and continue stirring on low flame. Season with salt and pepper
Now add the boiled macaroni and give a nice mix.season with pasta herbs mix. Serve right away.
