Instructions to make Ginger panna-cotta:
  1. Soak agar agar in water for 15-20mins.
  2. Take milk in a sauce pan, add cream, sugar, mix and boil in simmer.
  3. Add ginger and lemon zest, boil few mins.
  4. Cover and switch off. Let it rest for 20mins.
  5. Now strain the mixture. - Put back into the saucepan and cook in simmer.
  6. Meanwhile put the soaked agar agar with water in a pan and cook in simmer till agar agar melts. Add this to the above mixture.
  7. Cook till all mix well. Switch off and add rose essence. Mix. Cool a bit.
  8. Take any mould and pour the panna cotta mixture slowly.
  9. Keep in the refrigerator till sets.
  10. Demould and serve with any sauce or syrup. Here I served with strawberry sauce.
