Prepare 2 packets beef noodles

Prepare 5 florets of cauliflower head

Prepare 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Place the noddles in boiling water until soft. Do not overcook. After, soak them in ice cold water for about 5 min and drain them
Cut your cauliflower and brocolli florets into small pieces. Wash them and place them in a food processor or a chopper and grind till they are into small pieces resembling couscous.
Put some generous oil in a pan, fry your leek leaves for a min, break in two eggs and stir till cooked
Add in your cauliflower and brocolli pieces. Stir vigorously till crispy and brown.
Add in your spices, soy sauce and vinegar to balance the sweetness of the pineapples. Stir and add pineapples then mix.
Add in your noddles and stir for 3 min. Serve immediately with your favourite sauce. Enjoy
