  1. Get noodles
  2. Get bowl finely sliced vegetables
  3. Take spring onions
  4. Prepare vinegar
  5. Get soya sauce
  6. Prepare ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make Chow mein:
  1. Boil the noodles drain and wash it with cold water
  2. Toss it with little oil and keep aside
  3. Take a wok and heat oil add half spring onion toss it on high flame
  4. Add all the vegetables and toss it once more
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and mix it well
  6. When the veggies are have done add noodles and all the sauce and salt
  7. Toss it all on high flame and off the gas
  8. Take it out in serving bowl and sprinkle the rest spring onion and serve it hot
