  3. Add the tinned chopped tomatoes with it's tomato juice too the large frying pan - along with the cooked beef mince,chopped onions and roughly chopped mild red Chillies - open the tin's of beans,wash each variety of beans in the rice sieve under the cold water tap and then eventually add them to the large frying pan as well,add Sea Salt if you have not already done so - add the Packet of Chilli Con Carne seasoning to the large frying pan and about 150ml of cold water,boil,then simmer with lid on
  4. After simmering for 20 minutes,should be done - so serve some of the Chilli Con Carne with cooked boiled rice and then enjoy.(2 portions,half of Chilli Con Carne and half of cooked rice provides a very filling meal.)
