  1. Wash dal nicely add turmeric powder, water and cook in pressure cooker until done. Once the whistle settled down mash and keep aside
  2. Heat coconut oil in kadai add mustard seeds. Let crackle completely and then add cumin seeds, green chilies and curry leaves.
  3. Once done pour this over cooked dal. Add coriander leaves, grated coconut, salt and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Serve hot with rice and ghee.
