  1. Method for Meat balls: Mix minced meat with lemon juice, salt, Ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder. Marinate it for 2-3 hrs. Heat oil in a kadai, shape the mixture into balls and deep fry them. Keep aside.
  2. For the Creamy Sauce: Heat oil in a wide bottomed saucepan. Add cumin, green cardamom, cinnamon stick and then add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes until golden brown.
  3. Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, tomato puree and salt. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes in medium flame, stirring in between. Add cashew nut and melon seed paste and water and allow it to boil.
  4. Then add the fried mutton balls and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes, stirring in between. Add cream and stir. The sauce consistency should be thick. Remove from heat, Serve hot with Ghee Rice / Phulkas / Rotis / Chappati :)
