  1. Prepare 1 cup chilka daal
  2. Prepare 100 gm Paneer
  3. Prepare Salt as per taste
  4. Prepare Black pepper 1 tspn

  6. Take 5-6 tbspn Oil
Instructions to make Paneer Daal Chila:
  1. Soak chilka daal for 6-7hrs in warm water so all its chilka can be removed.. Than wash with plain water and make a smooth paste..
  2. Add salt hing n black pepper in the paste.. In another plate crumble panner and add little salt n black pepper in it (onion and corriander leaves can also be added) mix them well..
  3. Heat a pan/Tawa.. Spread the daal paste add little oil than flip it and cook well from both the side.. Once cooked add paneer mixture and fold it.. Cut in desire shape and enjoy..
