- Chop the garlic, onions and mushrooms.
- Pour the olive oil into the multicooker. Add onion, garlic and rice. Turn on 'Crust / Fry' mode for 10 minutes. Pour in the wine and wait for it to evaporate. Add the mushrooms and stock.
