  1. Prepare Arborio Rice
  2. Make ready button mushrooms quartered

  2. Add mushrooms, dried rosemary, dried thyme, Arborio rice. Stir. Add white wine and stir
  3. Add vegetable stock and add salt. Cover and cook on low flame for 15 mins. Add little chopped Parsley leaves, 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside
  4. Plate, add 2 Tbsp EVOO, more grated Parmesan cheese, Parsley leaves and enjoy. Enjoy the Mushroom Risotto
