Instructions to make Creamy Mushroom Risotto:
  1. In a heated pan add 1 Tbsp butter, add finely chopped garlic and onions and sauté it for 5 minutes now add mushrooms and Cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Now add salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, oregano and mix well.
  3. In another pan add water let it come to a boil now add arborio rice,salt and semi cook it.
  4. For cheese sauce - In a pan add 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour and mix well and Cook for a minute. Now add milk, cheese slice and stir continuously so it doesn't form lumps.
  5. Now add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and garlic powder and mix well.
  6. In the same pan in which cheese sauce is prepared add mushroom from step 2, Rice from step 3 and mix well.
  7. Now add amul cream and Cook for 10 minutes on a low flame. Add grated cheese and Cook for another 2 minutes covering with a lid.
  8. Sauté some mushroom in butter and black pepper powder and use it in garnishing along with coriander.
