  1. To make the pakora batter, put a split yellow gram in a mixer jar, add green chillies, ginger,and grind into a croase paste. Add little water. Again grind it.
  2. The batter into a mixing bowl add onion coriander leaves, baking soda, asafoetida and rice flour, salt and mix well.
  3. Use your fingers drop small amount of batter in hot oil and deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Serve plate and serve hot with green chtuney / tomato sauce.
