The ingredients needed to make Seafood Pasta:
  1. Make ready cooked pasta of your choice
  2. Prepare Garlic & Herb Butter
  3. Prepare olive oil
  4. Take Hake cut into bite sized pieces
  5. Take Prawns shelled and deveined
  6. Get smoked mussels
  7. Prepare Salt and black pepper
  8. Prepare paprika
  9. Get asparagus
  10. Make ready cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  11. Get fresh cream
  12. Prepare heaped teaspoon of basil pesto
  13. Get Jalapeno chopped
  14. Get Parmesan as desired
Steps to make Seafood Pasta:
  1. Melt butter in a pan then add in fish. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir and when just about done, add in prawns and continue to cook until prawns are done. Remove from pan.
  2. Add olive oil to pan and toss in the asparagus. Season with salt and black pepper. When partially cooked, add in your cherry tomatoes. Stir to mix in.
  3. Stir in fresh cream and add in chopped jalapeno.
  4. Add in basil pesto and stir. Allow to cook for a few minutes. You will notice cream will start to thicken.
  5. Add to sauce the cooked hake, prawns and smoked mussels. Mix in.
  6. Lastly add in the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
  7. Serve with grating of parmesan. Enjoy!
