  1. Take 1 cup Half & Half
  2. Take 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

  4. Turn the heat off and add the gelatin mixture.
  5. Whisk the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes or until the gelatin melts.
  6. Strain the mixture using a fine strainer.
  7. add the vanilla extract to the strained mixture.
  8. Divide the mixture between 4 containers.
  9. Cover the containers with plastic wrap.
  10. Refrigerate them for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  11. After the Panna Cotta are cold, they are ready to serve.
