  5. Take Cointreau (25ml)
  6. Get St Germain liqueur (12.5ml)
  7. Prepare guanabana (75ml)
  8. Get sugar syrup (25ml)

  10. Take To decorate: lava salt, sliver of lime
Steps to make Guanabanarama:
  1. Peel the prickly pear. Muddle it and sieve out the seeds.
  2. Mix with the lime and lemon juice, add the tequilla, cointreau, elderflower liqueur, guanabana and sugar syrup to taste.
  3. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with the lime skin and dip in salt. Shake the cocktail ingredients over ice, pour in the glass and decorate with a sliver of lime peel.
