The ingredients needed to make Fish Fry/Pakora:
Make ready 1 Tsp Baking powder
Prepare 1/4 Tsp Salt
Take 1 Tsp chilli powder
Make ready 1 1/2 Tbsp Coriander powder
Make ready 1 Cup gram flour / Chickpea flour
Take 1-1 1/2 cup water
Get above ingredients are for batter-
Take 1 Tsp Salt
Make ready 2 Green chillies
Take Half a lemon juice
Take 1 Tsp Garam Masala
Take 1 Tsp Curry powder
Make ready above ingredients are for Marinade-
Get 5 Small Tilapia fish cut up
Make ready Oil to fry
Instructions to make Fish Fry/Pakora:
Add in your Baking powder, Gram flour, chilli powder, coriander powder and 1/4 tsp salt into a bowl. (BATTER INGREDIENTS.)
Whisk to combine dry ingredients
Now gradually add water until not too thick but not too thin.
In a separate bowl, add in ingredients for marination with fish aswell.
Leave to the side for 15 mins at least.
Now add your marinated fish into batter
Place into heated oil. Until golden.
When golden, place into bowl lined with tissue to drain any excess oil.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving!
