  1. Make dabeli stuffing as usual - But here sweet potatoes are also used for healthier version
  2. Soak mungdal for 5 hours. Then crush with ginger and chillies, using water as required
  3. Make a smooth silky batter
  4. Add besan, rava and salt. Churn. Add water if needed.
  5. Rest the batter for 10 minutes. Now make thin chilla.
  6. Spread dabeli stuffing on half the chilla. And sweet chutney and garlic chutney on the other half
  7. Now sprinkle other dabeli ingredients
  8. Roast using oil on medium flame. Fold and serve
