  1. Make ready 3 tsp coconut sugar (or brown Demerara)

  3. Put the ribs in a baking tray, and pour the marinade over them. Use your hands to coat the ribs in the sauce.
  4. Cover the tray with foil, sealing tightly. Bake for 60 mins, giving the ribs a good stir half way through.
  5. After an hour, or when the sauce has started to thicken up in the base of the tray, remove the foil, turn the ribs over in the sauce to coat again, then roast uncovered for 10 mins. Serve!
