  18. Take 4 Mushrooms sliced
  19. Prepare 1/2 cup Sweet corns
  20. Take Black olives slices 1/4 cup
  21. Get Cheddar cheese one packet grated
  22. Make ready Oregano to sprinkle

Brush pitas with remaining vinaigrette and top with mozzarella and feta. Spoon vegetable mixture on top and sprinkle with more mozzarella. We also have halal options, so be sure to inquire! We make pitas just the way you like them.

Instructions to make Pita pizza:
  1. For pizza first cook chicken by adding in salt, vinegar n crushed red chillies. Cook with 1 tbsp oil till tender n dry. Cool n use.
  2. For sauce put oil fry garlic till golden. Now add in tomato paste, salt, sugar, crushed red chillies and oregano along with ketchup n water 1/4 cup n cook till saucy.
  3. For assembling put pita on a tray n apply sauce. Then put 1 tbsp cheese n top with chicken strips.
  4. Further add mushrooms n sweet corns n finally top with cheese n oregano.
  5. Next put veggies (onions and capsicum)slightly sauteed in 1 tsp oil for few seconds.Add in black olives.
  6. Bake at 240 degrees hardly for 2 mins till golden from base n cheese from top melts.
  7. Cut into 4 slices each n serve hot !!
