Take 400 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)cut in long strips
Prepare 2 tablespoons oil
Prepare 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Make ready 2 medium tomatoes sliced
Take 2 medium onion sliced
Get 1 cup sliced green, red and yellow capsicum
Take 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Take 1 teaspoon chilli powder
Take 2 green chillies chopped
Take 1 tablespoon ginger paste
Prepare 1 tablespoon vinegar
Get 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Get 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Prepare to taste Salt
Get 1/2 cup chopped coriander
Prepare 2 spring onion sliced
Instructions to make Paneer Jalfrezi:
In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and sauté until cumin seeds are brown in colour. - Once cumin seeds are brown add onion and sauté for a minute. Add tomato and capsicum strips and toss.
Add green chillies and ginger paste and toss. - Add red chilli powder, turmeric, vinegar and tomato sauce mix and cook for couple of minutes. Now add paneer, salt and garam masala and mix well.
Garnish with spring onion and coriander and serve and enjoy.
