  1. In a Kadhai, take 1 tbsp Oil and 2 tbsp Ghee. Once it's hot, add a small sized onion and let it cook completely. When the Onion is cooked completely, add a small sized tomato. Add the Boiled potato.
  2. Add the leftover Rice and mix it well. Add curd, Ginger Garlic Paste and leftover Dal.
  3. Tips - When you add curd to any recipe on the flame, make sure you have lower the flame and mix it well (without lumps) otherwise the curd will curdle.
  4. Now add salt to taste, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Dhaniya powder, 1 tsp Jeera Powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala and 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala.
  5. Now at last add 2 tbsp Jaggery and 3 tbsp Water.
