Instructions to make Lasanga:
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees or gas mask 5.
  2. Start by frying off the mince until brown then remove the fat.
  3. Dice the onion and garlic and add to the mince then add the cans of chopped tomatoes and the Passata.
  4. Add your salt, pepper and chilli powder and stir together.
  5. To make the cheese sauce, melt your butter in a saucepan and add the plain flour until it looks like a paste.
  6. Add your milk and do not stop stirring it or it will go lumpy.
  7. When it starts to thicken, add the cheese. If it's not going thick, add the cheese then the cornflour.
  8. Add half of the mince to the bottom of your dish and put pasta sheets on top to cover it.
  9. Then add half of the cheese sauce and spread over the sheets. Repate step 8.
  10. Put the rest of your cheese sauce on top and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
  11. After 20 minutes take it out and add your cheese and mozzarella and then put back in until its golden brown.
  12. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into it as it will be very hot
