Instructions to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water with one teaspoon of sugar whisk together and leave for 5-10 minutes.

  11. Roll the dough as tightly as you can and cut into 12-14 even rolls.
  12. Grease a 20cm by 20cm tray approximately and place the rolls in the tray.
  13. Tightly cover the tray with clingfilm and allow to proof for 90 minutes in a warm place.
  14. Once the rolls have doubled in size preheat oven to 190c and bake for around 25 minutes-30 minutes. If the top is getting browned too quickly cover loosely with foil.
  15. While it's baking make the icing. Whisk together the icing sugar, vanilla and expresso. Set aside.
  16. Once the rolls are cooked, remove them from the oven and drizzle with the icing.
