Get 3 tbs Ghee
Make ready 1 tsp Cumin
Prepare 1/2 cup Scraped coconut
Prepare 10 Garlic Pearls
Take 4 tbs Oil
Instructions to make Dhal greens rice:
Wash 2 kind of dhal. In a pressure cooker add dhal, greens, turmeric powder, add 3cups of water and cook for 10min (after first whistle reduce flame)
Cook rice in a vessel with enough water, drain and keep. Grind coconut and cumin as fine paste
Keep deep wok, add oil and 1tbs ghee, fry onion, garlic, chill, until brown, now add chilli powder, coriander powder, stir 3min, now add dhal greens mix with tamarind paste, ground coconut paste and add salt. Let it boil 5 min in medium flame
Now add cooked rice, remaining ghee, mix and cook until thick consistency.
Let it in room temperature for 10min, and serve with fried papped
Non veg lovers can add prawns in the rice. It will be delicious
