The ingredients needed to make Summer salad:
  1. Make ready 1 avocado
  2. Take Half broccoli
  3. Prepare 1 carrot
  4. Get Half sliced green bellpepper
  5. Prepare Half a bowl of sliced mango, watermelon
  6. Prepare Couple of cherry tomatoes
  7. Prepare Handful boiled pasta
  8. Prepare Salt, black pepper, sesame seeds
Instructions to make Summer salad:

  2. Cut the carrot in fine ribbons. Steam them for 2 minutes in a steamer. Or you can use a microwave. Just cover them and heat them in a micirowave at your normal settings for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Fry the egg in sunny side up manner.
  4. Plate it as you please. This plate is really filling and healthy. I try to make the plate look appetising if the food in it is rathee boring (read healthy). 😂
