  18. Get 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  19. Take 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  20. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon hing
  21. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon amchur

Steps to make Rava masala roti:
  1. First, soak the moong dhal for one hour in warm water then grind it into a fine paste. To this paste add coriander Pudina curry leaves green chilies salt, hing then add onions grated carrot and mix well.
  2. Now add the rava and make a soft dough. Grease a plastic sheet or butter paper and flatten a small ball on the butter paper.
  3. Heat a Tawa and place this facing down on the Tawa slowly take off the butter paper from the top. Cook on both the sides with a little oil till crisp serve with any spicy subji
  4. I made ridge gourd subji for side dish.
  5. First add oil to a pan mustard seeds jeera hing and sauté. Now add chopped onions cook well, to this add chopped ridge gourd aloo and all the masala with half cup water and cook till soft. Serve hot with the roti above.
