The ingredients needed to make Fillet burger:
  1. Make ready 4 halal chicken fillets (can select out piecefrom whole chicken)
  2. Make ready 4 medium vegetarian round buns/rolls

  5. Take Spices for glaze: Butter,lemon,zaatar,paper, littlebit of salt

  9. Prepare Sauces:chilli sauces,burger sauce,mayo or combination
Instructions to make Fillet burger:
  1. Prep the chicken fillets.leave them half centimeter or more chunky but make slits quater ways deep and make them about 4 cm wide or big enof to fit a medium burger bun surface(see pic for idea).rince in collander,let drain and add marinate.leave preferably over night or 6 hours.(for better flavours)
  2. The glazing ingredients(see pic above).this step is done over chicken once one side which is at facing in the pan is cooked(sorry this step is in wrong place!,just correct it please).by seeing white edges or checking…
  3. Prep the veggies.rince whole leaves by running under tap length wise.then place lengthwise in collander to drain off water.slice thinly the tomatoes onions cucumber,and other optional v egg using for filling.can leave small Berlin's whole if prefer
  4. Start working on pan grilling the marinated chicken meat.these where enof to make fit in 4 medium burger buns.add enof oil just to cover all base of pan(here used about 3 to 4 tablespoons).Add bit more if sticking but try to leave to minimal possible
  5. Once edges turning white you can turn over,or can wait about one or two minute to get some lines,and brown color.to do this you may need to press the fillet down and slightly move it to get the caramelised sauce on it on the other side.then can turn over.
  6. Use little bit vinegar to declare or remove the burnt bits so they change pan is not sticking and the sauce gets in chicken.and later can be useful when warming the buns in the lan
  7. Now can slice the buns and spread butter,then place the butter side surface on pan warm on the pan.do for all buns,alongsude the fillets,while on low heat.and get some sauce from it.be brief and don't let buns stick or if stick just gently remove
  8. You can now start assembling the bun Alhamdulillah! this can be left to the eaters or children as it's the most fun part as well..you can start with a lettuce leaf then chicken then other slices,sauces herbs..Here you can be creative colorful.you can use pickled beetroot, mixed peppers,olives,sweetcorn,jalapenos,.cheese slices.really up2 you.bismillah enjoy
