  2. Prepare 2 drumstick

  12. Take 1 tspn mustard seeds
  13. Take 1/2 urad dhal
  14. Make ready 2 tspn channa dhal
  15. Make ready 3 tbspn Oil
  16. Get To taste Salt

It tastes great with sambar sadam. We call this as cabbage podimas. Add the chopped vegetables and salt. Cabbage Kadamba curry is nothing but a mix of many vegetables like Cabbage, Beans, Carrot and peas.

Steps to make Mixed vegetable poriyal:
  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dhal and channa dhal.
  2. After color changes add onion and curry leaves. Saute till golden brown.
  3. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder mix 2 minutes. Now add all vegetables and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add ½ cup water. Cover with lid and cook till the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add grated coconut and mix. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with steamed rice and any curry.
