  18. Take 1 tsp Urad dhal
  19. Take For tempering-
  20. Prepare 1 tsp Mustard seed
  21. Get 4 Dry red chillies
  22. Prepare Few Curry leaves
  23. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  24. Get to taste Salt

Rice cooker recipe for multigrain rice - healthier and tastier than plain white rice! A little white rice itself helps to. Japgokbap means "multi-grain" rice in Korean. It's a mixture of rice, grains and beans.

Instructions to make Multi grain rice:
  1. Wash and soak rice, pulses and legumes and vegetables for 15 mins.
  2. Cook 1:2 ratio in cooker with salt and 1tbs ghee, After the 1st whistle, reduces the flame and keep for 8 mins.
  3. Let it cool, now dry fry all the ingredients and grind as powder.
  4. Keep a pan add 1tbs oil, fry onion and keep. In the same pan add oil, tempering mustard seed, dry chilli, curry leaves and add with rice and add ground powder also. Now add 1cup hot water with tamarind paste and salt. Mix well. Sprinkle coriander leaves and 1tbs ghee. If the consistency is too thick then add more hot water,.
  5. Serve healthy and tasty rice with papad.
